My roommate and I are looking for one more roommate! It is a 3 bed, 1 bath “tiny” house on Janefield (room available shown below), about a 5-minute drive to the school, the bus stop is right across the street! Or a 30 minute walk! It would be $1099 including utilities, it’s brand new! We won’t have to pay over the summer, so it’s super affordable! All the tiny house renters are girls, who share a communal lawn area to do anything, as well as a park nearby!
We’re going into our second year this fall, and we’re both in Psychology! We’re looking for preferably a student, who is respectful to the shared space, but also loves to have fun!
