I am looking to sublet my room from August/September until the winter 2026 semester (January 1st) at Guelph, so around 4-5 months.
the room comes furnished with a bed, desk, closet, and shelves for storage. it is a 10-15 walk to the 99S for campus, and only a 2 minute walk to the 8 which takes you right downtown.
Two other male roommates currently living there, one an engineer and the other in bio-med. It is a study hard environment while also leaving time to relax and party a bit.
Rent is set at 800 for the listing, but if anyone wishes to start their lease in August, it can be dropped to 750. Utilities will be covered by me. - Contact
