Hi! We are looking for clean, friendly, and responsible roommates to share a house with! We are four girls going into our second year at The University of Guelph, all in STEM programs. The house is spacious, bright, and in a great location. It is located just off of gordon street in a safe neighbourhood, within 10 minute walk to grocery stores, parks, shopping, etc.

Rent: $1100 per month, utilites included except water is separate
Lease: 12 month lease
Parking: four car parking in the driveway, currently will only be one other car.
Transit: bus stop is very close, 3-5 minute walk. The bus to campus is around 10-15 minutes, 5 minute drive, 20 minute walk.
Furnished: The house already has basic furniture and the rooms have dressers.
Other features: there is a large backyard with patio furniture, newly renovated bathroom (2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom), laundry room.
