2 Bedrooms (Both are the same size and very large each with a closet!), 1 spacious living room, 1 three piece bathroom, 1 kitchen with excellent cooking amenities, bright and clean, recently renovated apartment is fully private (walk-in) in a very quiet house. 2 storage areas also provided. Also is super close to laundry (5 mins) and in same plaza is the Fit4less. Also Indian food, Thai, Pizza, Computer stores, Sushi, Laundry, and more all just around the block. Very quiet apartment best suited for the students seeking absolute privacy.
Hiking/running/walking trails, the river and canoeing all nearby.

PARKING: There is no parking except on-street in spring/summer/fall only. You have to manage your own parking if you have vehicles.

PET FRIENDLY: We are pet friendly, but for dog owners, you won’t have a yard. Small dogs only please. You will be responsible for any pet damage.

PARKING: NONE. You can have visitors or your own vehicles parked on-street parking per city bylaws in the spring/summer/fall.
LAUNDRY: It’s 5 minute walk, folks! See the plaza in description above, it’s by the fitness centre and restaurants/sushi place.
AVAILABILITY: September 1 for 8 or 12 month lease. If you require earlier than September 1 it is available subject to negotiation.
1’st year students: your parents must co-sign a lease for this apartment.
Price: $875 per room gas and water included. Electricity bill is in your name but approx $50/month is all it costs (Subject to your usage). You must rent both rooms meaning find a roommate.
The apartment is being rented as a whole, so find a friend to rent with you, we are not signing leases to individuals unless you plan to rent the entire apartment as a bedroom/office combination or bring your own room-mates in.
