Hi, my name is Sabrina, and my parents are the landlords of 102 Rickson Ave. where we have 2 rooms available. I used to live there but I am looking to rent out my room for this year. There are two bedrooms available, one in the basement for $900/m (pic 3+4) and the other is the master bedroom upstairs $950/m (pic 1+2), this includes utilities and internet. We are an all girl house, with 6 rooms total. We’re all students at the university, and are studious and clean. There’s two washrooms with showers, one in the basement and one upstairs (also has a bath) as well as a small washroom on the main floor. There’s three fridges, so you’ll only be sharing with one other person which is really nice. We have a patio and a bit of a backyard, and are super close to the bus stop (literally at our driveway). We’re a 5-10 min bus to campus, taking the 7, 58U or 52U or about a 20 minute walk.
