–bus stop across the street with direct bus to campus if you’re lazy!! (50-Express, 52 loop), also goes downtown
–safe, has been inspected by the Fire Department, hard-wired smoke alarm system on every floor, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguishers
–first and last month’s rent due at signing + post-dated cheques + parental signatures
–all bdrm doors have keyed locks on them
–Scottsdale Mews Townhouse Complex on Wilsonview Ave, Unit #52, off of Edinburgh Road, right behind Stone Road Mall, but quiet and private
–students and parents: please remember that 5-6 bedroom houses in Guelph are illegal unless the landlord has a designated lodging license. This is why this house is strictly limited to 4 tenants even though it is a spacious house. All the bedrooms have fire escapes.
