Me and my 2 other friends are looking for a fourth roommate. One of us is 19 and the other 2 are 20. The rent is $600 a month, utilities and wifi are not included. We will meet over zoom initially to meet you, then if you're interested after hearing all the details, we can set up a viewing with our landlord.
This house is in a central location, approximately a 20min walk to the University of Guelph and 10min walk to downtown.
I've attached 2 videos which are a walkthrough of the house. It has a closed-in porch, very nice kitchen, spacious backyard and a garage for storage. The driveway also fits up to 3 cars.
