SUMMER SUBLET (MAY 1ST- AUGUST 31ST)
Hey All,
Myself and my roommate Matthew are looking to sublet out our rooms for the summer. The rooms are both located in the basement of a shared house. The basement contains a separate kitchen/living area and a bathroom (to be shared between the two rooms). Videos of the rooms available are provided in the google drive link.
One room will be furnished, the other is not. Rent includes all utilities, with wifi and air conditioning.
The house is walking distance to stone-road mall and a variety of grocery stores. Parking is available!
The roommates living in the house for the summer will be working Monday-Friday, and like to go out on the weekends. It would be ideal to sublet to someone with a similar schedule.
There is a cat living at the house, her name is cleo ;).
Am also willing to sublet the furnished room for just the months of May and June.
