Panel Discussion: Response to the Crisis in Haiti

    Campus and community members are invited to attend a panel discussion on the challenges Haitians face in reconstructing Haiti and the ways the international community can support their efforts.

    Hosted by the Office of Intercultural Affairs, Leadership and Community Engagement in Student Life and the C.J. Munford Centre, the event is free, but donations are being accepted, and proceeds will be directed to the Haitian Red Cross and Partners in Health.

    The panel discussion will be moderated by Prof. Byron Sheldrick, chair of the Department of Political Science. Panellists are Prof. Nonita Yap, School of Environmental Design and Rural Development; Prof. Manish Raizada, Plant Agriculture; Prof. Michael Keefer, English and Theatre Studies; and Mary Skerrett of Haiti Action Guelph.
