What
With Bronx-based Rebel Diaz fronting the line up and spoken word, hip hop, and tabla-playing openers, this show is gonna be off the hook! Between sets, community groups will be talking about the work that they do, issues in Guelph and beyond, and how people can get involved. The night will be rounded out with the Monthly Fix, featuring DJs Jungle Cat and Sunpredictable from 11 till 2. Get ready for a unique, conscious-raising, booty-shaking night!
Fronted by the Afro-Boricua songstress/MC Lah Tere and Chilean brothers RodStarz and G1, Rebel Diaz has been touring the US, Europe and Latin America using hip hop as a means for youth empowerment and education. No strangers to the struggle, Rebel Diaz will bring their stories, their energy and bumpin vibes to the Vinyl….don’t miss it.
