Why
Jane Garthson, founder of the Garthson Leadership Centre in Toronto, is dedicated to strengthening community benefit organizations through enhanced leadership and ethics.
Join us for this new approach to strategic planning that inspires people to work together, creates more of the change you want for your community, enables better and consistent board decisions and increases the board’s comfort level in delegating to the Executive Director.
This new approach will lead to greater organizational accountability, freeing staff to be more responsive to community change. While all leaders of community benefit organizations are welcome to attend, we encourage Executive Directors to bring at least one key board member with them. This is a not-to-be-missed event!
Please RSVP by October 9. Brought to you by the Volunteer Centre of Guelph-Wellington.
