  • What

Film screening of Matices (Perpectives): "Temporary" Migration in Canada as part of Fuerza/Puwersa's monthly Breaking Borders Film series.

Matices (Perspectives) provides an insider's view of the human costs of agricultural labour migration. In Canada, thousands of agricultural migrant workers do the work that citizens don't want to do, and the agricultural industry is increasingly dependent on temporary migration programs to provide a flexible labour source in a competitive global economy.
