What
Photography is an art form that encompasses both technical and creative skills and presents unique challenges. This full day course will cover a range of topics designed for the beginning SLR photographer. We will discuss the principles of photography and cover topics that will familiarize with your D-SLR, including shutters, apertures and other camera settings, lenses, ISO, using filters and accessories, working with composition and lighting, and more. This course will help you solve the challenges of working with a technical medium, while stimulating your creative side. Bring your camera. Suitable for both film and digital photographers. We will spend part of the time outside, so dress for the weather. Guest Instructor: Sylvia Galbraith. Early Bird Fee: $100.00 if done on or before Thursday, July 2. Registrations after this date will cost $110.00. Note: If we don't have enough registrations by the early bird deadline the course may be cancelled. Maximum 18 adults.
