What
Tin Roof Global Action is hosting an open Mic fundraiser at the bullring. This organization has a mandate to promote international development while serving Canadian youth and benefiting the lives of children in the developing world. We have a board of directors and a team of volunteers comprised of certified teachers, fundraising professionals, university professors, international development experts and successful business leaders from across Ontario.
We are currently trying to start up an international development camp that engages Canadian youth with not only awareness but positive action in a fun camp setting.
So we thought a fun way to help with this organization would be to tap into the phonemenal musical talent that Guelph has to offer. It's on the last day of classes, so we thought it'd be a fun way to celebrate the end of the semester before we all go our separate ways this summer.
Cost: $5 at the door! (all tips on drinks will also go towards the organization)
Invite friends, family members, anyone who'd like to come. It's all ages, but those of you 19+ are welcome to enjoy some of the wonderful drink selections the Bullring has to offer. -
