What
Guelph's entry in the Pitter Patter Music Festival includes the Greg MacPherson Band from Winnipeg and The Cardboard Nationals from Guelph.
Greg MacPherson is taking his band on the road in support of his 5th album Mr. Invitation released on Smallman Records. His bio includes the following .... "There are a handful of Canadian lyricists writing songs this powerful. Few of them are under the age of 50; fewer still offer performances as artistically-charged as their writing. In his home country, Greg MacPherson shares a sparsely populated space saved for musicians who truly matter."

The Cardboard Nationals are a new indie band from Guelph fronted by Paul Farmer. He is joined by former Beautiful Senseless band mates Andrew Coombes and Steve Hamilton and a newcomer Kelly Steadman on bass.
