Good basement laundry machines, (no coins needed) and carbon filtered tap water available for your water bottles. A bicycle can be locked up on a covered front porch if desired.
… This is a quiet academic house nestled in tall trees, good kitchen, laundry all inclusive except parking. We prefer a 12 or 14 month lease running from either March 1st or May1st, … but can also do a a rare two month short term March to May 2026 for a visiting scholar needing short term. .

Current housemates include 3 female Master’s/PhD , one male PhD, and one Post doctoral researcher, we would, however certainly consider a quiet disciplined studious & co-operative undergrad, …” its not a party house” and internal housekeeping must be shared co-operatively. No pets, sorry, … and no smoking. Vaccinations up to date please!
