Hi! I’m Maya, a second-year Biological Science student, and I’m looking for 3 female roommates to fill the available rooms in this lovely house!
The house is in a great location with a bus stop just 1–4 minutes away, and it’s only a 15–20 minute ride to campus, making it super convenient for students. Rent is $900 per month (may 2026-April 2027), and that includes all utilities, so no extra bills to worry about.
I do have a cat who lives here, she’s very sweet and friendly with people, but she isn’t good with other animals, so unfortunately the house isn’t pet-friendly.
