Executive level house, close to south campus entrance ~ 6 minutes on foot! Bike storage in garage, even faster! These are both large and fully furnished (except sheets blankets and pillows which you provide. The housemates are all PhD or post doctoral at present, quiet and academic and friendly. Non smoking and no pets. 1 parking spot available … addf $40 per month, but this place is close by on foot to groceries, Service Ontario and city and intercity transportation from the University Bus Loop. The larger bedroom, looking west has a large private bathroom ensuite 3 piece bath with a skylight aloe and with extensive closet spacer within, and the bed room itself has a queen size bed, desk, dresser, coffee table, couch, lamps, hardwood floors, A/C etc. The resident who just left got his PhD and happily went on into his career elsewhere! The other bedroom, also on 2nd floor but looking east has a double bed and other good furnishings and a closet, … both rooms have hardwood floors … This house is very international over the past 21 years, and currently we have residents from India and Rwanda, one female who is a nurse now working in Guelph. The large kitchen is well equipped a high end double fuel range, 3 large fridges in all ( one is downstairs in the laundry area, … a no coin laundry in the basement, a new high efficiency furnace, with floor radiators in each room, hot water by gas fired “on demand” a 50 year steel roof above you! We will consider non-grad residents (undergrad) who are content to live co-operatively and quietly and hygienically in a spacious home close to the south entrance.bus loop. Room prices are all inclusive, utilities and wifi, … except for parking, available at $40/month, , but most residents don’t need as it is close to everything, school, groceries, the University Plaza on Harvard Rd. and public transport.
