Looking for a female University of Guelph student to sublet this space during the 2026 Summer semester. The house is just a 5 minute walk from campus, and provides a kitchen, bathroom, parking spot, laundry room, and heating. The rent price is $670, which covers the room, all utilities, and a parking spot in the 4 car driveway. The room comes with a bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, dresser, and small table, and there is also a house cleaner who comes weekly.
