Description
Looking for a roommate, preferably male, for a two-bedroom basement apartment. The living room and kitchen are already furnished with my own furniture, and there is the option to buy the previous roommate’s furniture. Rent is split 50/50; the only utility that isn’t covered is the internet, and laundry is shared with the upstairs tenants. There is limited driveway parking, but there is street parking available if necessary. Located right next to the 15 bus stop.
