- SUMMER SUBLET- Looking for an undergrad female student to sublet my furnished room, May-August. You’d be staying with 3 other girls in a basement unit of an all-student house. The bedroom includes a twin bed with 4 drawers for storage, a desk, a closet with mirrors, and lots of shelves. Rent is $800 plus utilities (except water and no fee for wifi either). Parking and laundry are included. There are also 2 bathrooms, a ktichen, and a big backyard. It’s a 20-minute walk from campus, 10 minute walk to Stone Road Mall and grocery stores, the bus stop is only a few houses down, and there is 2 bus routes directly to campus.
