My two roommates and I are looking for one other female roommate to fill the last room in our house from May 1st 2026 until April 30th 2027.
Rent is $664 per month plus utilities. The available room is located in the basement, and the bathroom is shared with one other person.
The house is located near downtown (near Gordon and Waterloo), 10 minute walking distance from the shops and restaurants. We’re a 15-minute commute to the U of G campus via the 99 bus, or a 30-minute walk.
I am a PhD student and my roommates are recent grads, so ideally we are looking for an upper-year student, grad student, vet student or young professional to join our house!
There is no available parking spot in the driveway, but nearby street parking is free year-round.
No smoking please.
