We are looking for a roommate (mature student or young professional preferred) to join our house starting May 1st! The rent is $695/month including utilities, with internet approximately $25/month. We are currently on a yearly lease.
The home is a ~7 minute drive from the University and Stone Road Mall, with stops for the 6 and 7 bus lines within a 4 minute walk. We will have one parking spot available in a single-lane driveway.
We have one available bedroom on the upper floor with a bathroom that will be shared with two other tenants. The house has a fenced backyard which is shared with the neighbours (also students). There are laundry machines in the house as well as a fully furnished kitchen and living room.
We are three mature students (23y/o, 2 female 1 male) with research projects on campus. We spend a lot of time in the lab, and tend to keep later hours. We’re generally quite social but not partiers.
