hi everyone! my roommates and I are looking for 1 girl to fill 1 room in our 4 bedroom house ASAP for a 1 year lease starting May 1st 2026! The room is $878 plus utilities and wifi and the kitchen, living room, bathrooms (1 full & 1 half), and laundry are all shared spaces. We are looking for a female who is social, clean, and LGBTQ+ friendly, preferably an upper year/graduate student or young professional. The room also has availability for early move in as early as April 20 at no extra cost! We are a pet friendly home with 2 cats and are not looking to add on animals. We also have 1 parking spot available. We are close to the Stone Road Mall, Zehrs, and No Frills, and are also close to the university, all within a 10 minute drive and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop for the 7, 58U, and 52U.
