Description
A single, private room for rent with two other housemates in the townhouse (4th year Wildlife Bio/Zoo students)! We are looking for a new roommate to take the third bedroom of the house. Only a 30 minute walk from the University of Guelph, and there are four different buses nearby that stop right by the house at least every 10 minutes (1, 2, 52U & 58U)! We are very friendly, have the house furnished (we can offer room furnishings if you want, too) and we are pet friendly and have pets. If you have questions or want to tour, please contact me! We are open to a 4 month sublet or year long lease.
