Two bedrooms available in a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom all female townhouse. One room is the master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom. The second room shares a bathroom with one other person. Both are large rooms with lots of natural light.
The house is located close to multiple bus routes (1, 2, 52U) as well as Preservation Park. Zehrs is about a 10 minute walk. Other room mates are in 2nd year Biological and Medical Physics and 3rd year Environmental Science. Looking for other room mates who are studious but enjoy being social with their room mates. A parking spot is available and common areas are furnished. No smoking, vaping, drugs, parties or pets are permitted.
