Room is on main floor (wardrobe included for free, can purchase bed and dresser shown for $200), with access to a large sitting area, eating area, kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry and dryer, and a cool backyard with a grill, porch, and more! The house is co-ed, predominantly female, and occupants are quiet, chill, nerdy people. Pet friendly (one cat occupancy so far!), no smoking, vaping, or burning anything (ex. incense), alcohol allowed (mini-fridge for beverages).
