Hi! I’m in desperate need to sell my lease as will be moving in with a friend somewhere else. The home is a modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath house with about 1600 sq ft of finished space (not including the basement). It has 9-ft ceilings, large windows, lots of natural light, new stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, a spacious patio, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by green space and trails.
The master bedroom is shared by a couple, and the third room is occupied by another female. Everyone currently living there attends the University of Guelph.
It’s about a 10 minute bus ride to the university (3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop) and is within a 25 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and the south end amenities.
