We take one study minded student each year , share with home owner couple , separate bedroom, ensuite washroom, workout room, laundry! Very bright uplifting space! Everything included, furnished, bedding , own mini fridge, toilet paper laundry soap , kitchen needs ( foil, pans, plates ect ect ) everything included! Bus stop right out the door, 8 minute bus ride to university! Grocery stores, everything you need right at main corner, 20 minute walk or take the bus! Very positive atmosphere!
