My roommates and I have 1 room available in a shared house and we’re looking a for clean and respectful housemate to join us! Our rent is $780/month, including utilities.
Current house Setup:
– 2 females live upstairs
– 1 male & 1 female live downstairs
– The available room is downstairs
Who we’re looking for:
– Preferably a female tenant
– University of Guelph student or recent grad preferred
– Someone who cleans up after themselves and is willing to help with general house upkeep
House vibe:
We’re a social and friendly house and enjoy hanging out or doing things together. We like to host friends or the occasional party, but overall, it’s a pretty relaxed environment!
