1 bedroom available in this 5 person house (currently two 4th year STEM, one 2nd year STEM, and a 3rd year Ag business) Thus, this house is consistently a calm and studious place. Landlord (myself) lives in house (4th year Mech Eng). We are looking for a similarly minded student for this next year!
The bedroom available is the largest on the 2nd floor (the photo doesn’t do it much justice) and shares the bathroom with 2 others on the floor.
Kitchen is fully equipped and ready, 2 sets of washers and dryers in the house, bedroom unfurnished.
12 month lease May 2026 to April 2027. House is located in a quiet neighborhood, by bus 5 mins to groceries/plaza, roughly 15 to and from campus give or take a couple. Nearest bus is route 5 located so that bus is never full and WILL NOT PASS YOU on its way to campus! (this is often overlooked and may otherwise be a problem especially early on in the sem!!)
