We’re two girls heading into our 3rd year of Biomedical Sciences at UofG. We are looking for one more female roommate to join our shared townhouse of four on Rodgers Road starting May 1st, 2026.
Because our program is quite intense, we value a home that is a quiet, clean, and respectful sanctuary. We love a fun hangout or a night out occasionally, but we’re looking for someone who prioritizes keeping shared spaces tidy and is mindful of noise during the week.

The Rooms: Each bedroom is bright and spacious with a large closet.
Bathrooms: Two 3-piece bathrooms (upstairs & basement) + a main floor powder room.
Furnished: Living and dining areas come furnished—perfect for relaxing or studying.
Amenities: Updated kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, laundry, and a private fenced backyard.
Wifi: Rogers High-Speed Internet.
Bonus: Water softener installed (a must for Guelph hard water!).

Upstairs Room: $949 + Utilities (Just 1 left)
Lease: 1 Year (May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027) with option to renew.
Strict Policies: No pets, no subletting, and no smoking/vaping.
📍 Location & Transit
Distance: 7 min drive to campus (2.1 km from the University Centre).
Buses: 10 min direct ride to campus, the stop is right outside! (Bus routes are 1, 2, 52U, 58U, and 7).
Parking: No driveway parking included. Street/plaza parking nearby, or a reserved spot may be obtained for a small fee (subject to availability).
Groceries: 1 min walk to Zehrs, Dollarama, and banks. 7 min bus to Stone Road Mall/Walmart.
Maintenance: Lawn care and snow removal are included!
