Hi! We are looking for a pair of 2 female students to rent the upstairs rooms in a 5-bedroom townhouse starting May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027. I’ll be living in the basement, and there are 2 out of 4 upstairs bedrooms are available. We would prefer a pair but if you are looking for a single room, that is also okay.
Currently, there are two upper year nutrition students and one OVC student, we are looking for people who are studious and clean but still want to hang out together during downtime!
The house is a newly renovated townhouse about a 3-minute walk to Stone Road Mall and grocery stores, around a 20-minute walk to campus, and there’s a bus stop about a minute away that goes straight to the University of Guelph. It also has 3 full bathrooms, laundry in the basement, central A/C and heating, and a small yard. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces and will be furnished.
Rent for larger room is $925 and smaller is $875. Utilities are extra and usually around $50 per person/month.
There is one friendly cat in the house, so please keep that in mind for allergies. No additional pets. Parking isn’t included, but there may be a waiting list option for $25/month.
The lease can start anywhere from May 1st -June 1st and it will be a year long lease.
