We’re two female students (one going into 3rd year and one into 4th year) looking for a third female roommate to join our place!
The property is located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood with easy access to a major bus route—about a 20-minute commute to campus (including the walk to the bus stop).
Base rent is $875/month, with an additional set $75 for utilities (total $950/month). June and July are rent-free, so you wouldn’t need to pay for those months.
