Hi everyone! My two roommates and I are looking for a fourth university student to fill a single room from June 1st, 2026 – April 2027. Our household includes all females, two upper-year students and one recent graduate working full-time. We’re hoping to find another student who is clean, quiet, respectful and studious. One of our roommates will have her medium-sized dog living here as well.
About the House:
– Rent is $875 utilities included (+$20/month for Wifi)
– Moderate-sized room, located on the top floor
– The room is unfurnished with a built-in closet.
– 4 Bed, 1.5 Bath, 2 fridges, shared living space and in-unit washer & dryer
– NO parking available
– Less than a 15-minute walk to Guelph campus and Walmart.
– 2-minute walk to Nofrills.
– There is also a bus stop right <1 min from the house!
**NOTE** One roommate does have celiac disease making her vulnerable to cross-contamination. She also has a severe allergic reaction to shellfish!
