Description
We are looking for 1 roommate in a 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom shared house who is clean, responsible, and respectful of other’s space! There are 2 students (F) in the house who are both in STEM majors. The room is available from May 2026 until the end of the Winter semester, but there is the option to extend that contract as well. Rent includes wifi, utilities, cooking facilities (oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, airfyer), utensils, and laundry facilities. The location is about 15 minute drive from campus. A parking spot can be purchased through the complex owners or there is a bus stop that is a 3 minute walk away. The room is approximately 15ft x 9 ft and the closet is 5ft by 2 ft.
