- Single room available for female student! Come join our 3 bedroom shared town house in the south end of Guelph. The lease is from May 1st 2026 to April 30th 2027. Rent is negotiable but $900 + utilities (About $60-70 per month for wifi, hydro, gas). The available bedroom shares a bathroom with one other female going into fourth year, I myself am starting a masters program in the fall and share the master bedroom with my full time working boyfriend, we are all very friendly, easygoing and clean. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk to the 99 bus route on Gordon and 10 minute ride to the university or food basics/Zehrs. Parking is available at an extra cost.
