Description: Urgent – looking for 5th roommate
Hi, We are a group of four girls going into third year looking for a fifth roommate. Transit: The house is just off of Scottsdale with a 10/15 minute bus ride to campus on routes 6, 50 and 18. It’s also around a 30 minute walk to campus.
Location: We are within a 20 minute walk to the mall, Walmart and multiple grocery stores. We are right around the corner from Shoppers and LCBO.
We have parking available in the drive way for multiple cars.
House: Five bedroom house with 2 rooms located upstairs and 3 downstairs. The room available is downstairs and is the largest room in the house. There are 2 shared bathrooms, one on the main level and one downstairs. House has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and 2 fridges. We already have a lot of kitchen appliances including an air fryer, microwave, toaster oven and blender. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. House has air-conditioning. Shared living room space on the main level that is fully furnished. Essentially everything in the house is furnished except the available room.
More info: We are a group of clean and respectful girls who value our studies but also enjoy nights out and spending time together. The lease starts June 1st and rent is 1080 per month + utilities (averaging around 60 bucks per month). We would prefer a female roommate. Due to unexpected circumstances we know this is very last minute, so we are open minded.
