Hello, everyone!
I am looking for an upper-year or graduate female student to take over the lease (assignment) starting September 1st, 2026. The lease ends on April 30th, 2027, and it is renewable for the following years.
It is a 3-bedroom apartment, and you will share the common space with my two studious female students (both upper-year undergrads). We also have a cat (cute and quiet). The common space and bedroom are spacious and kept quite clean at all times, and the environment is quiet for studying and working!
About the place:
– One unfurnished bedroom ($900 + utilities per month – all the costs are even between roommates), starting from September 1st (price and date are not negotiable)
– Shared kitchen, living room, and washroom (laundry in the unit)
– Parking included
– One cat (we prefer not to have another pet)
About the location:
– Very convenient to commute to the university (15 minutes walk or 5-8 minutes by bus)
– Groceries, Stone Road Mall, and cafes are within 5 minutes walk
– Safe and student-friendly area
