We have a clean, quiet room available in a well-maintained century home. The location is perfect for students, situated within a 5 Minute walk to downtown Guelph and the Farmer’s Market. It’s an easy commute to the University of Guelph by bus, and the main train/bus station is just a short walk away. The house is across from a railway track, but the train passes only occasionally and is barely audible from inside.
You will be living with mature senior-year students who keep a tidy and respectful home. The house is very spacious, featuring a main-floor living room and kitchen, plus a second-floor study/rec room. The second-floor bathroom and the washer/dryer are shared between you and two other housemates (one on the second floor and one from the main floor).
The property includes great outdoor spaces: a front porch with a shared BBQ and a backyard that is currently being upgraded with a new 100-square-foot wooden deck, stone pavers, and a new retaining wall.
