One bedroom in a four bedroom house available for lease takeover or sublet from June 2026 (or sooner) to April 2027! 900/month, utilities included.
The available room is a large bedroom with lots of natural light!
It’s a mixed gender house, any respectful and clean person will be welcomed. The other people living here are third year students; all tidy, quiet, and friendly people.
There is one washroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a large fridge, a washer and dryer that all work well.
It’s a 10 minute walk to the bus stop, then a 5 minute bus ride to campus (on the 17), or about a 40-45 minute walk. There is a bus stop for the 4 right across the street as well, which can be used to get downtown quickly.
There is year-round street parking.
There are also curtains, a double bed, Ikea clothes rack, and two shelves (not pictured, sorry) that you’re welcome to keep if wanted.
