Presently on short term summer sublet price, ,,, 2 fully furnished rooms, the larger one immediately available and the other for September 1st, Regular price on a 1 year lease from September 1st. ($930 for smaller room; and $960 for the larger room which includes utilities and internet) ) Street parking along north side of Fairview Blvd is non-restricted, thus free and a single spot on the property itself would be $40 per month extra. Otherwise rents include wifi and all utilities. We only rent our rooms FURNISHED as viewed except for your small accessories and your sheets pillows, blankets etc. Hardwood floors, … the master bedroom looks south into back garden, the other faces north to Fairview Boulevard. No smoking or pets please! Headphones for music, … a quiet academic atmosphere is essential. We often cater to international students from around the planet, often doing Master’s ,or doctoral programs. Well equipped kitchen, dining and comfy living room areas, and no coin basement laundry machines. Gordon Street buses are 1 block away, so overall a convenient location!
