One spacious fully furnished room with private bathroom in a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house, available August 1st till April 30th for one female student or working professional. Current roommates are 3 friendly female tenants; all are UofG graduates.

The room is located in the basement with a private bathroom, living space and separate entrance. Lots of storage space is available in the room, living area and washroom including a mini fridge, couch and desk.

Kitchen, main living room and laundry room are shared.

Amazing location with a 3-minute walk to 5 bus routes (1, 2, 7, 58U, & 52U). Within a 6 minute walk to Zehrs, Dollarama, Little Caesar’s, Anytime Fitness, dental and walk-in clinics, a convenience store, and many more amenities.
5-8 mins bus ride to the University of Guelph and Stone Road mall.

Looking for a clean, organized, and respectful roommate. Common areas are cleaned weekly or biweekly, garbage is taken out daily/weekly, and noise is kept at a minimum.

LGBTQ+ friendly. No pets. No smoking. Parking is available.
