This large available main floor room( looks north). The rent (980,41) includes all utilities and internet … No smoking or pets, and Pls. use headphones for music! Excellent kitchen, appliances, no coin washing machine, and nice ;common areas, back deck and peaceful back yard … current residents are mostly PhD or postdoctoral residents. No driveway parking, but street parking on Dimson is not restricted.
Our rooms are fully furnished except for sheets, pillows, blankets etc. as our residents are primarily international (as well as Canadian. sometimes)) and most arriving with no furniture!
