33 Moore is a practical and well-located student house just a 5-minute walk from the university. We are looking for one extra person who is social and clean to join the upstairs unit with 3 guys going into 4th year. We like to have friends over, mostly to watch hockey, football, or baseball, depending on the season, but we’re a pretty easy going group. However, during exams we tend to spend more time in the library or OVC studying.
33 Moore’s proximity to not only the university but to several bus routes including 15, 99, 1, and 2, makes this house is perfect for any student who values convenience, or any student without a car. There’s a shared living area furnished with couches and a table, with enough space to hang out or study, along with a kitchen that has plenty of storage and counter space. There’s also in-unit laundry, central heat and AC, a spacious back porch connecting to the back yard, and a detached garage.
