-1042 Paisley Rd building is part of a complex that includes in-building gyms, multiple game and party rooms, small movie theatre, and a locked bike room; it’s across the street (within a 5 minute walk) from groceries, dentist, pizza, dessert shops, Tim’s, etc.
-17/18 bus is across the street, I take it daily to the University, 30 minute commute.
I’m in the Masters in Relational & Family Therapy program at U of G. I’m respectful and expect to engage in honest communication and expressed needs. I am quiet and will be studying often. Two resident very friendly guinea pigs are on site. Non-smoker is essential and required. I’m tidy and will do best with someone with similar tendencies. Please note I’m looking for one person, not a couple to share the room.
