The Home
Layout: 3-storey townhouse.
The Bedroom: Located on the top floor (approximately 14 x 9 ft).
Bathrooms:
1 full bathroom upstairs (bathtub + shower) shared with two other people.
1 half bathroom on the main floor.
Amenities: Washer and dryer in the basement, a fully equipped shared kitchen, and a partially fenced backyard.
Household Rules:
Smoking: People in the house smoke weed and cigarettes outside only. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside.
Alcohol: This is a sober house and we just ask for respect around that!
The Household Culture
There are three of us currently living here. We are upper year, mature students, and recent grads in anthropology, psychology, and classics. We are generally chill and social but are definitely not partiers, though we tend to be night owls. We love maintaining a friendly, inclusive atmosphere and enjoy hanging out or playing video games together! Our ages range 21-32 so we’re hoping to find someone in that range!
Pets: We have three resident cats who roam the main and top floors. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot accept any additional pets.
