The space includes the following:
• Separate, well-lit, walk-out entrance at the front of the house…no stairs.
• Private 3-pc bathroom.
• Very large room (~300 sq ft) furnished with a double bed, nightstand, a futon couch, bookshelf, desk & office chair, lamps, and an armchair + ottoman.
• Large windows, with new, easy-to-use cellular blinds.
• Gas fireplace.
• Ceilings are greater than 7’ high.
• Kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, etc.
• Shared laundry onsite.
Rent for this furnished space is $1600/month, and includes all utilities (heat, air conditioning, hydro, water), internet, lawn maintenance and snow removal.
I am looking for the right fit, in terms of tenant, because this is my home.
I’m looking for a clean, quiet tenant who will be respectful of others living in the house (i.e., me and possibly my 80-yr-old mother during the winter months).
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping, of any substance, in or on the property.
First and last month’s rent due at signing;
