Hello! 🙂 We are currently looking for 2 quiet, clean, and responsible female students to rent out the upstairs rooms of our home. Rooms come with a single bed with built-in drawers, a desk, and a desk chair. The bathroom upstairs will be shared between the two tenants and has a tub/shower. The kitchen and laundry facilities are shared, and the house comes stocked with dinnerware and cooking supplies. The house also has an AC and a furnace.
Preference will be given to 3rd- and 4th-year students or professionals. 8-month leases from September to April are an option!
My partner and I live in the basement room of the home with a separate bathroom.
Utilities and Wifi are included in the rent. No parking is available at the home, but there is a bus stop at the corner of the complex that goes to the university.
No pets are allowed, but we do have 2 free-roaming cats in the home that will likely want to say hi every so often!
