Looking for 2 quiet, clean, and responsible upper-year female students to rent out the upstairs rooms of our home. Rooms come with a bed with built-in drawers, a desk, and a desk chair. The bathroom upstairs is shared between the two tenants. The kitchen and laundry facilities are shared and come stocked with dinnerware and cooking supplies. The house has AC and a furnace.
My partner and I live in the basement room of the home with a separate bathroom.
Utilities and Wifi are included in the rent. No parking is available at the home, but there is a bus stop at the corner of the complex that goes to the university.
No pets are allowed, but we do have 2 free-roaming cats in the home that will likely want to say hi every so often.
