I’m looking to sublet my room from August 2026 to August 2027 in a shared house on the south end of Guelph.

$919.68 per month plus utilities (avg. about $80–100 per month) and WiFi ($18.18 per month).
The room is the master bedroom, so you’ll have your own private ensuite bathroom, lots of closet space, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The room will be unfurnished. I’ve attached photos of my room below!
The house is in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood and is about a 15–20 minute bus ride to the University of Guelph. It’s also within a 10-minute walk of a plaza with Zehrs, Shoppers Drug Mart, restaurants, and other conveniences. A parking spot can be arranged if needed.
You’ll be living with four other roommates—two guys in the basement and two girls upstairs. The house is fully connected, so we all share the common areas, and the laundry is located in the basement. Everyone is in 5th year, grad school, or taking a gap year. They’re all friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.
We’re looking for a female roommate to join the upstairs living space with the other two girls. We’d love someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces and quiet hours, but who also enjoys being social and hanging out from time to time.
